LOUIS H. NIMKOFF, CCIM, CPM
Lou has more than twenty-five years experience in commercial real estate. Since 2002, he successfully implemented the transformation of the company from a management and leasing entity to one focused on ownership and development. From 1998 to 2002, Lou was Vice President- Asset Management for National Retail Properties, Inc. (NYSE:NNN) formerly known as Commercial Net Lease Realty, Inc.which had over 360 properties valued at over $1 billion. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of The First Republic Corporation of America, a New York-based conglomerate with extensive holdings in commercial real estate, seafood, hotel and textile investments.
Lou holds the CCIM designation, awarded by the CCIM Institute and the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation, awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Lou is active in both organizations nationally, serving on their governing bodies and as a past senior officer. He has also served in various leadership positions with the Florida CCIM Chapter, the largest in the country, including 2004 President. In IREM, Lou serves as a member of the national faculty and as a member of the IREM Foundation Board of Directors. Lou is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Orlando Apartment Association and past delegate to the Florida Apartment Association.
Lou has been published or quoted in National Real Estate Investor, Commercial Investment Real Estate, Journal of Property Management and Florida Realtor.
LEE ANNE NIMKOFF, CPM, CAPS, ARM
Lee has over twenty years experience in property management and holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations, awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor) designation, awarded by the National Apartment Association.
Lee volunteers in the community, currently serving as an adviser to the Orlando Health Women's Advisory Council and on the Board of Directors of the (Orlando) Mayor's Commission for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Celebration. She is also an active member and past president of The Junior League of Greater Orlando and served on the board of the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools and the Coalition for the Homeless.
